🔍 Approach:
Built on the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology popularized by Prof. Aswath Damodaran — adapted for Indian markets by incorporating:
- Dividend + Buyback yield (as proxy for FCFE)
- EPS CAGR trends
- India’s 10Y bond yield as risk-free rate
- Updated equity risk premium
📈 Insight:
As of May 25, 2025, the Sensex is trading at ~81,721 while the estimated fair value stands at ₹1,05,912 — implying it is undervalued by ~29.6%.
